Braised Beef Short Ribs with gnocchi, green beans, bacon, onion ring

Mahi Mahi with delicata squash, cauliflower and wild rice

Doughnuts with vanilla pastry cream, salted caramel, passion fruit

Brownie a la Mode with candied walnuts, vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate sauce
